  1. Hello, please use the contact form on our site. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it? Which version of Windows are you using? Do you have a firewall that may be blocking it?

  2. If you are looking for a smaller PDF Program I recommend trying FOXIT READER. It’s a simple application download w/ all the features of ADOBE and then some. If you need the space without all the frills , then FOXIT is your answer.

  3. I am not very technical in the sense that I can rarely sense errors in the PC; not until my PC shows signs of freezing, hanging, sudden shut downs etc. This has happened in the past and when it recently happened again; my friend suggested that I should take the help of proficient technicians who could do monitoring, diagnosing and troubleshooting chores for me. I got through iYogi and I am really happy to have Support Dock now installed on my PC. This is a simple PC optimizing tool that is easy to use and efficient. iYyogi technicians are helpful and provide me with remote tech support as and when I need.

  4. None really – just have to read a few directions (I’m not a reader or a good direction follower)

  5. The scheduling arrangements were very clumsy. As this is what I wanted it for I was glad I had a trial version rather than having paid. I quickly removed it.

  6. slows my computer down and at startup it says press f11 key for about 30 seconds ,it was that bad i have taken it off my computer
and i will wait untill acronis have sorted it out properly before i install it again , i ended up re-installing windows from fresh again

  7. I like HP Image Zone very much because I´ve leaarned how to use it and of the things I use it for it does what I need it to do. Although it is not The Gimp or PhotoShop. I use it to view, crop, recrop, make minor lighting, brightness, color, or tint changes, rename and print fotos. HP has replaced it with a new improved version and no longer provides it for download from it´s site. Thanks to this site, software.informer.com I downloaded ImageZone recently and I am able to use this loved program again.

  8. Nothing really. The first time backup took some time but you can spread it out over a few days, but thats how it is with any online back. After the first one, its fast and works great.

  9. I would like a quicker response from the tech support. Okay, I didn’t have to wait for hours, but it was still longer than I would have wanted

  10. Documents I could previously open now flag ‘acces denied’ including ones I created myself.

  11. Doesn’t work right we ran from USB stick, all disk backups get named “Disk Archive (?)” reguardless of what name you give each one. The only way to identify a backup is by the date and time.
My 2012 product says tech support is expired as of 2012-01. I bought it before the first of the year but not a year ago. Only support offered is to charge me.
